Values

Randy has founded his consulting practice on five core values –

 

Advocacy.  Built on a clear understanding of the client’s business and specific needs, all actions must be taken with the best interest of the client in mind.

 
Integrity.  Relationships are built on trust, through honest and straightforward communications.  Insurance and reinsurance negotiations can be difficult - an honest dialogue is critical for success. 

 

Quality.  The value of the work product is based on its accuracy and completeness.  Advice is worthless if it is wrong, or based on incorrect information.  Every effort must be made to ensure delivery of a quality product. 

 

Service.  Clients expect and deserve complete access and immediate response.       

 

Community.  Beyond the individual business transaction, there is an overlying duty to contribute to the betterment of the community.
